    Age-old question. Only when they’re doing some Irish dancing. :)
  • Is it possible to watch first?
    Sure. You can always come to our classes or go to a concert at a bar (see our news and «Classes»sections).
  • I have no partner. What should I do?
    As we know from our own experience, coming to classes encourages a mysterious appearance of a partner. :)
  • I have a partner. What should I do?
    Ok. This was rhetorical…
  • Are there special physical requirements?
    There aren’t any for newcomers, but you will definitely acquire some during the classes. .
  • Will I be forced to wear a kilt?!
    We’ll talk about it later… ;)
  • Can I come in my favourite Grinders boots?
    No problem with coming. However, you’ll have to change into soft shoes afterwards (see dance shoes and clothing section).
  • Where can I practise my Scottish dancing?
    First of all at the classes. Secondly, at some special dancing events, such as Ceilidh (an evening of ceilidh dancing, music and singing), Social dancing (a Scottish country dance evening, which is a little more formal), and also at Moscow balls, which are held 2 or 3 times a year.
  • We want to arrange a corporate party with some Scottish dancing – can you do that?

    Yep, we know how these things are done.
  • Have you got groups for children?
    You want a Scottish wedding to begin with. Sure, we do. We accept children from the age of 10.
